Pracuj.pl is applying Responsys Interact, a cutting edge email marketing system, which enables to tailor the content to expectations of target users. The new system has been implemented thanks to cooperation between Grupa Pracuj and Responsys Ltd., an American corporation.

The Management Board of Pracuj Group decided to dispose of Edulandia.pl platform. Such a maneuver aims at focusing on recruitment through Internet as a key area of the company’s operations to be performed in the years to come. Grupa Pracuj has been awarded in the Fast 50 CEE listing by Deloitte.

Grupa Pracuj receives “The Best Employer” award. The company takes 8 position in the contest organized by Hewitt Associates.

Profeo Ltd., where Grupa Pracuj is a strategic investor, sets up an internet community in Ukraine – Profeo.com.ua.

Grupa Pracuj takes over 100% of shares in Rabota.ua a leading Ukrainian recruitment portal. The company first invested in Rabota.ua in 2006.

Pracuj.pl arranged the first specialist conference, “HR Challenges in 2010”. The event was held in Mercure Hotel, Wrocław, on September 17, and participants have given top notes both to the organization and the competence of the event. Honorary Patronage of the conference was taken by Rafał Dutkiewicz, the Mayor of Wrocław.

Pracuj.pl began its social networking activities. Since January, Pracuj.pl is present on Blip. It’s presence on Facebook is promoted by the „Writing resumes for our fans” contest.

Grupa Pracuj launches e-Recruiter, a user-friendly online recruitment system. This is a new tool, bolstering search of candidates through the Internet, building up a corporate database of candidates’ applications or tracking the most efficient sources of data input.

The total number of users registered at Pracuj.pl exceeded 1 million. Over 1/3 of all users registered at Pracuj.pl, provides their employers with their resumes. The same amount of site’s users applies so called JobAlerts, a repeating emails notifications on new job opportunities meeting selected criteria.

A cycle of 4 industry conferences organised by Pracuj.pl entitled “HR challenges in 2010″ was completed by a conference in Poznan on November 16th. Previous meetings with HR specialists took place in Sopot, Katowice and Wrocław. The conferences organised by Pracuj.pl are very popular among HR managers and specialists, with each conference counting around 150 participants.

Pracuj.pl is the first internet job board on the Polish market which has released its own iPhone application allowing for fast and easy browsing of job offers. The Pracuj.pl application for the iPhone completes the company’s offer for mobile users.

Grupa Pracuj receives the Masters of Business award, presented by Businessman.pl. The company prevails in the legal, consulting and HR category. The awards ceremony took place on June 29th at the Businessman Institute.

10 years ago, one of the most popular Polish job boards, had began it’s operation. Established by a group of friends, it was initially a portal with advice for jobseekers. Quite quickly, the management had noticed that the users were mostly searching for job offers and that’s how Pracuj.pl turned into what is now: one of Poland’s most popular internet job boards.

Within 10 years of existence, the amount of registered users grew to 1.8 million and it’s currently visited by 1.5 million users on a monthly basis (source: Megapanel, April 2010). Pracuj.pl has the highest amount of page views among Polish job boards (over 46 million) and the longest average visiting time (23 minutes).

The amount of job offers added to the board also shows the portal’s competitive advantage. Only within the first six months of 2010, employers have added over 110 thousand job offers. Over 17 000 companies from Poland and abroad have used the company’s services.

We launched a promotional campaign called “They found a job on Pracuj.pl”. In November and December, people who found a new employer through our job portal were presented on the home page of Pracuj.pl. Selected employers were also promoted.

In autumn, Pracuj.pl reappeared on TV. Two versions of 15-second spots encouraging viewers to search for a dream job were aired during the period of one month.

On October 17-21, the 14th Pracuj.pl Virtual Job Fair was organised. The fall edition of the Fair attracted 460,746 users, who had an opportunity to view the profiles of 208 employers from all over Poland and talk to them in 52 chat sessions.

The Grupa Pracuj is introducing a new system of visual identification. The trademark of the Grupa Pracuj now refers to the logo of its flagship brand – the Pracuj.pl website service. The logos of all the Grupa Pracuj brands have been unified. The introduction of the new visual identification system relates to the new strategy for consistent communication of the company’s products.

The best employer

Grupa Pracuj took the 1-st position in the SME category within the 6-th edition of the Survey of Top Employers 2011, carried out by Aon Hewitt, an advisory company. The employer’s evaluation was made by the employees.

New Profeo.pl

On June 9, Profeo.pl, the website owned by Grupa Pracuj, modified its layout, logo and some functionalities. Following consultations with users and recruiters, it has been decided the portal to be the site, where users will, most of all, share their professional achievements and skills. Moreover, for the recruiters Profeo.pl will become a handy tool provided for the candidate search.

New Pracuj.pl

On June 16, the new version of Pracuj.pl was launched. Owing to an upgraded search engine, the users will be able to find job offers, perfectly fitting their criteria, in quicker and more comfortable manner. The website features the new layout and the refreshed logo.

On April 11 – 15 the XIII-th Edition of the Pracuj.pl Virtual Job Fair was held. The spring session of the largest job fair in the Polish Internet gathered up 147 companies. The fair website was visited by 347 000 users. The participants could have inquired employers using 40 chats.

The number of current job offers in Pracuj.pl portal exceeded 20 000 for the first time ever.

The marketing campaign dedicated to new products Pracuj.pl offers to the franchisors was launched. They provide franchisors with communications with potential business partners. The campaign turned out to be successful – the number of clients using franchising products increased by 113%.

The slogan saying „Change a job to have a better one” has been a lead of an advertising campaign of Pracuj.pl, covering the most essential aspects of the career, including remuneration, good atmosphere, job satisfaction and maintaining of the balance between the professional and private life. The campaign, lasting from early January until end February, was released on TV, radio, outdoor, the Internet and commercials presented in Multikino movie theater network across Poland.

The upgraded “My Pracuj” account was presented. Owing to the new functionalities, users searching for jobs can now manage all their recruitment processes in a quicker, more convenient and intuitive way. Each account owner has also an opportunity to receive a “private message” from the employer. “My Pracuj” is a place where a site user places her or his CV, making it available for employers, and defines job offers that meet her or his expectations. The new account has been upgraded with several new functionalities facilitating job ad selection, administration and archiving.

In March, 215 companies from all over Poland took part in the 15th Virtual Job Fair. The site of the Fair was visited by 478,822 users.

January
We started the New Year with an advertising campaign of the Pracuj.pl job portal, aimed at encouraging to seek new professional challenges and find a perfect job. Advertisements of the site were displayed on backlit and frontlit outdoor displays, as well as – for the first time – on large-format mesh banners. The campaign will be followed up by promotional actions addressed to employers.
