Przemysław Gacek

President of the Management Board, co-founder of the company

Mr Gacek is a graduate of Warsaw University, where he studied at the Faculty of Economic Studies, and of Columbia University’s International Public Affairs programme, run in cooperation with Warsaw University. He began his professional career in 1999 with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he monitored the European Union expansion process and dealt with the issue of corruption in business until the year 2000. He is the originator of and a contributor to the recruitment portal Pracuj.pl and since 2000 has been President of the Management Board of Grupa Pracuj. His duties include coordinating the work of the company’s managers, working with key clients, developing growth strategies and financial supervision. His hobbies are skiing, windsurfing, travelling and discovering new places.

Paweł Leks

Board Member, Director of Product Development

Mr Leks is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, where his area of specialisation was Capital Management. His career has always been linked to Grupa Pracuj where he has been in charge of IT since 2000. His responsibilities include determining strategies for developing existing and new products offered by Grupa Pracuj and managing a team of a dozen or so members who are involved in designing applications and web sites. In addition, he manages the work of the IT department, which deals with the technological infrastructure used by Grupa Pracuj employees. He is interested in the stock exchange, financial markets and Internet technology. In his free time he enjoys travelling and photography.

Maciej Noga

Board Member, Director of Marketing

A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, Management Department. In addition, he graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in Marketing and Marketing Strategies. Currently he attends the MBA Executive curriculum in one of the oldest business universities in the US – The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds many years of versatile experience in the field of strategy of brand building and introducing into the market (both in Poland and abroad) as well as applying innovative marketing solutions. Acting as a Marketing Director of Grupa Pracuj and being one of the cofounders of the company, he has been in charge of strategic planning, relationships with major partners as well as organization and supervision of marketing campaigns, PR activities and internal communications. In his free time he rides his motorcycle, plays ricochet, goes skiing, scuba diving, windsurfing or sailing. He is also fond of the theater and movie.

Gracjan Fiedorowicz

Board Member, CFO

A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, with the major of Banking and Finance. He joined Grupa Pracuj in November 2007. Before Grupa Pracuj he was working in the audit and accounting department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Poland for 5 years. Prior to that he had been holding managerial posts in financial departments of e-companies and telecoms. He is in charge of finance and administration departments. He is responsible for entire financial policy, legal issues and financial statements of Grupa Pracuj. In his leisure, he enjoys exploring interesting and unique corners of Poland. His hobbies include bowling and adventure PC games.

Rafał Nachyna

Board Member, Director of Sales

A graduate of the IT and Management Department of Wrocław University of Technology. He has been dealing with sales since 2001. He started working for Grupa Pracuj in 2005. In 2005-2007 he was responsible for development of the Wrocław branch, one of the regional branches nationwide. Since January 2007 he has been involved in expansion of six regional branches in the southern Poland (Kraków, Gliwice, Wrocław, Kielce, Rzeszów, Bielsko Biała). Since April 2008 he has been holding the position of Sales Director, in charge of coordination of sales and customer service departments. In his free time he likes restoring vintage motorbikes and playing squash.

Mykola Mykhaylov

President of Rabota.ua

A graduate of Donetsk State University (Ukraine), where he studied at Faculty of Business and Law. Prior to joining Grupa Pracuj in 2007 Mykola Mykhaylov was holding senior management positions in Marketing Communication, IT & Gaming industries. The one of the few Ukrainian senior managers with large international exposure – during his University years Mr. Mykhaylov was the President of AIESEC – the world’s largest student organization – in Ukraine, after University he was working innovation and new technology related project in Scandinavia.
