Grupa Pracuj is the owner of one of the leading recruitment services in Poland and the Ukraine (Polish Pracuj.pl and Ukrainian Rabota.ua) as well as industry-specific service – Jobs4. Recruitment services are also supported by branding services such as Pracuj.pl’s virtual job fair as well as “employer” and “internship” guides, which are directed to university students as well as graduates.
The company also offers two internet-based recruitment systems: eRecruiter and Lumesse TalentLink. Thank to the state-of-the-art technological solutions, both systems allow for a cost and time effective recruitment and selection of candidates for job positions.
Grupa Pracuj also co-owns Profeo, a leading business social networking website in Poland and the Ukraine as well as the virtual career advisory centre – ArchitekciKariery.pl.
In 2010, the Grupa Pracuj was recognised as one of the 50 fastest growing IT companies in the Central and Eastern Europe.
