This allows for easier verification of job experience and the candidates basic skills at the very first stage of recruitment. Collecting applications through the online application form is the first step in building an internal CV database for potential candidates interested in working for the clients company. The candidate’s personal information, complete with the candidates rating, which is completed during the recruitment process, creates a base which can be searched and filtered with ease. eRecruiter also provides the client with a function which shows the source of the application, which in turn, shows the best channels that the desired applications come from.
