“Fast 50” ranked Grupa Pracuj the 13-th out of  the fastest growing IT businesses in Central and Eastern Europe.

In the 2008 Fast 50 ranking Grupa Pracuj was recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in Central Europe. Grupa Pracuj, with a 1,035% growth rate, was placed 19th in the ranking.

 

 

"The Best Employer 2008"
The award given by Hewitt Associates

Grupa Pracuj received "The Best Employer" award given by Hewitt Associates. Grupa Pracuj took the 8-th place and, at the same time, reached the top position in the Internet business. Hewitt Associates carried out its first survey on Best Employers in the U.S. more than 10 years back. Currently, the number of participant states who have joined it reached as many as 51. In 2008, it has been the third time Poland took part in this initiative. This year edition gathered 102 organizations, including 91, which were recognized in an official ranking list. The assessment criteria comprised of 3 components: employee's opinion, impression of the top management and evaluation of the HR department.

Webstar Award

In Webstarfestival competition Pracuj.pl was recognized as one of the best sites in Polish Internet. Pracuj.pl received all awards in its category, "Professional Services": an award from Polish Accademy of the Internet and an award form the Internet users.

In the 2006 Fast 50 ranking Grupa Pracuj was recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in Central Europe. Grupa Pracuj, with a 1,132% growth rate, was placed 8th in the ranking.

 

2005

Entrepreneur of the Year
Ernst&Young Award

 

In a contest organised by Ernst & Young, Przemysław Gacek, President of the Management Board of Pracuj.pl, received the Entrepreneur of the Year award in the New Business category.

The Entrepreneur of the Year awards programme is the only international initiative of this scale for showcasing the world's best entrepreneurs. More than forty countries participate in the programme, which was first organised in 1986. In America, where the programme originated, it is referred to as the 'Business Oscars'. In 2005 over nine thousand entrepreneurs from all over the world took part in it. The New Business category includes companies which employ at least twenty people and have been operating on the Polish market from two to five years.

Deloitte Award

In the 2004 Fast 50 ranking, Pracuj.pl was recognised in the Rising Stars category, which showcases companies that have been on the market from three to five years with a minimum base revenue of 30,000 euro. Pracuj.pl, with a 227% growth rate from 2001 to 2004, achieved 9th place. FAST 50 in Central and Eastern Europe ranks the 50 fastest growing companies in this region of the world. Companies from sixteen countries take part: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia and Slovenia.
